These Club programs help develop fitness, a positive use of leisure time, reduction of stress, appreciation for the environment and social and interpersonal skills.


Triple Play demonstrates how eating smart, keeping fit and forming positive relationships add up to a healthy lifestyle. The multi-faceted program promotes health and wellness for Club members, ages 5-18, teaching them to increase their physical activity, make smart food choices and enhance their ability to get along with other youth and adults. The program is dynamic, interactive and encourages open discussions.  The three components of Triple Play address mind, body and soul.

Sports Leagues

Throughout the year, the Club offers a variety of sports leagues to the members. Leagues offered at the Club include flag football, basketball, t-ball, softball and swim team. All games/meets are held at the Club and awards are given at the end of each season.
